Our meals are made fresh by our expert chefs every Monday and Wednesday. Make sure you have ordered by midnight the night before, and we will dispatch your meals on the next Monday or Wednesday, for delivery on the next working day.
If you order 10 meals or more we will deliver them in two weekly deliveries, to ensure your meals are always fresh.
IF YOU'RE LOCAL (all L postcodes): We will send your meals with our own delivery team each Monday and Wednesday.
We deliver all over the UK. There are some areas that we are unable to deliver to at the moment like some Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. If you're unsure if we can deliver to you, you can get in touch here and a member of our team will be able to check.

Our national deliveries require special packaging that can keep your food chilled for up to 48 hours, although our couriers will always endeavour to deliver within 24 hours and usually before 10am.
Don't worry. If you're not home when we try to deliver our drivers will leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour. You'll get a message letting you know where we've left your box.
Yes! We are committed to providing the freshest, best quality meals. That's why all of our meals are made on the same day that they're dispatched. However, if your plans change and you need to freeze your meals you can do! Most of our meals are suitable for home freezing, with the exception of salads. But don't worry, all of the meals have storage instructions that are easy to read on the label.
Absolutely! Your health and safety are our top priorities. We understand the importance of accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions. Our diverse menu options include meals that cater to various dietary needs, ensuring a delightful experience for everyone. When placing an order, please let us know about your allergies by noting them down in the allergy box. Our team can customise your selections accordingly. Whether it’s gluten-free, nut-free, or any other specific allergy concern, we’ve got you covered. Your well-being matters to us, and we’re committed to providing you with nourishing meals that align with your dietary requirements.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Absolutely!
Meal containers: Our meal trays are made from recycled material and are fully recyclable. Pop them in your recycle bin (including the lids).
Boxes: Our postal boxes are made from recycled cardboard and are fully recyclable too!
Ice Packs: Our ice packs are recyclable too, but they also have another use. Each and every ice pack is filled with plant food. When your meals arrive the ice should have defrosted, just snip a corner open and pour the contents onto your plants to give them a delicious meal too! Pop the empty pouch int he recycle bin with the rest of your packaging.
